Isn’t it time to move courts for stopping political parties from declarng freebies to woo voters in election?

Yes. Any freebies are misuse of public money. But unfortunately Election commission is silent on this point. But this form corrupt practice is started by Karunanidhi. Jayalalitha has followed the same since the voters have not understood the corruption behind these freebies.
