Do you think that Governor Walker knows that Ex post facto laws are against the US Constitution? If so, why?

Next he's going to have the legislature pass a law making it legal for him to call up the National Guard to invade Illinois to get them back. The guy is so obsessed with crushing the working people of Wisconsin he has lost all sense. ∠°)
