Why is 0bama funding drilling and jobs in Brazil but has a 7 year moratorium on US drilling?

I will continue to say it--obama does not like America for what it is. He trying to to make it into a socialist country by regulating and restricting every fiber of free enterprise. Look around--high gas and food prices--housing down --unemployment up--people on food stamps SIGNIFICANTLY up--obama continues to ignore the constitution---we are now in Libya, and no one knows why--obama's decision. And yesterday, obama promises 200 million dollars to latin america to fight drugs,--------my God, this guy is out of control.
