Having issues wearing eyeliner...help!?

You might be allergic to it, my suggestion would be to try an allergy free one - get these online. They are expensive but they are a lot better. Also make sure you take all makeup off at night. If your eyes keep watering with this new eyeliner see a doctor or just dont wear it at all
