By how much would this damage my hair?

I'm not looking for points just want to say think about this hard. Your cousin had virgin hair before the two processes and even though you have gone 7 months you have already dead stripped hair you do it again without proper deep conditioning treatments before hand and you are gonna have breakage and frizzy dead hair.Please go to a pro for deep conditioning. Treatments under a dryer before hand at a salon. Hair is so personal be careful or you will end up in a salon anyway with a short haircut. Bleaching or stripping completely damages the hair. Go for a darker color use a temporary first and be happy.If you are a male I would shave it off if you damage it bad.
