I'm pregnant but I'm in application pernament visa with another sponsor, what can I do?

Hi, I really want some help from everyone now. I've been in application Aus pernament visa with my sponsor (de facto) for one year. He's my friend and he want to help me to get pernament resident and I have to wait 1 more year or more. I have boy friend and we're really in love in 6months but now I get trouble that I'm 9weeks pregnant with my boyfriend. We don't want to have an abortion and finding way to hiding but I don't know how. What happen if I don't tell government that I'm pregnant and I want to hide from my sponsor as well because thats not good news and he might cancel my visa. Im still hiding from my parents, my parents also know I have boyfriend but they haven't met him. I know they will kill me if they know this news because they' really want me to wait till I get pernament visa then I can do what ever I want. Please help me, please... Thank you so much for advises
