When would you stop using a diaper or pull up at night?

My son has woken up dry and been dry all do no accident for 5 days striaght. During the day he uses underwear but we are still using a pull up at night. We are getting close to the end of the box should we buy another one or stop and just use a water proof matterss pad which he has already
