What are the most important things to have before the baby comes?

what are some important things to have ready for the baby for the next few weeks so you don't need to go out? of course diapers but what kind are the best? what brand of car seat is best. I already looked at greco or whatever I'm not very happy about that brand, how about saftey first? how many onesees should I have, and for what months? like newborn, then should I get some 3-6 months as well? which lotion is best to buy? if you could please answer what I should have with also the brands that are best. please and thank you :)
